The harvesting of seasonal fruits and vegetables is allowed.
The postal services, banks, grocery stores, bars, newspaper kiosks, taverns, tobacconists, hairdressers and so on, are present in Petritoli which is not more than 500 meters from Scentella.

The sea is 15 km (Pedaso or Marina di Altidona), 15 minutes by car.

The mountain (La Sibilla) is about 40 km away.
